Analysis of SEIR Mean-Field Model in Dynamic Networks

报告摘要:

Non-pharmaceutical interventions such as isolation are crucial for controlling the spread. From the perspective of network transmission, non-pharmaceutical interventions like isolation alter the degree distribution and other topological structures of the network. In this talk, we establish a SEIR mean-field propagation dynamics model for the synchronous evolution of dynamic networks caused by propagation and tracing isolation. We employ the reducing-dimension method to convert the mean-field model in networks into an equivalent and simpler low-dimension model, and then calculate the exact expression of the final size. In addition, we get the differential equations of the degree distribution over time in dynamic networks under tracing isolation.

主讲人简介:

靳祯,山西大学二级教授,三晋英才-杰出人才。现任教育部重点实验室主任,山西省数学会理事长,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。主要从事生物动力系统研究,先后主持国家自然基金项目10 余项,其中重点项目2 项。曾获山西省科学技术奖一等奖2项,教育部高等学校优秀成果二等奖奖1项。
