In this talk, we show a computation method of a topological invariant of a plane curve germ, and an application of topological invariant in counting the number of half branches of solution curve.

李强，齐齐哈尔大学副教授，硕士研究生导师，东北师范大学数学与统计学院博士，吉林大学数学学院博士后，黑龙江省课程思政教学团队负责人，齐齐哈尔市高层次人才，研究方向为奇点理论及其应用，出版专著2部，发表科研论文 30 余篇。
