Analysis of the Mean Field SEIR Model in Dynamic Networks under Intervention

报告摘要:

COVID-19 transmission methods mainly include direct transmission, aerosol transmission and contact transmission. When COVID-19 was prevalent in the early stage, China adopted tracing isolation measures. Due to the complexity of the network topology, we can use the dimensionality reduction method to convert the mean-field model in the general network into an equivalent, simpler low-dimensional model. We can discuss the stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium, and then calculate the basic reproduction number and the precise expression of the final size. Based on this, a dynamic network is established to study the transmission dynamics model of COVID-19 in the case of tracing isolation. Besides, the differential equations of degree distribution, the first moment and the second moment of dynamic network with respect to time t and the number of populations in society in each state can be deduced at different initial time of implementing the tracing isolation policy. Our research results can provide some guidance for the prevention and control of the contact transmission of COVID-19, and provide new ideas for the control of network infectious diseases.

主讲人简介:

靳祯,山西大学二级教授、博士生导师。现任山西大学数学科学学院院长,山西大学复杂系统研究所所长,教育部复杂系统与数据科学重点实验室和山西省“疾病防控的数学技术与大数据分析”重点实验室主任,山西大学复杂系统研究所学术带头人,山西省数学会理事长,中国生物数学学会副理事长,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。主要从事生物动力系统研究,先后主持国家自然基金项目 10 项,其中国家基金重点项目 2 项,国家重点研发计划子项目1 项。曾获山西省科学技术奖(自然科学类)一等奖 2 项,教育部高等学校优秀成果奖(自然科学类) 二等奖 1 项。
