Hybrid parabolic-hyperbolic property for heat equations with memory

报告摘要:

This talk aims to introduce the hybrid parabolic-hyperbolic property for the heat equation with a real analytic memory kernel in lower order term. More precisely, we develop a decomposition for the flow of the equation with three parts: the heat-like component, the wave-like component, and a good remainder. Moreover, the heat-like component has the smoothing effect of infinite order, while the wave-like one owns the propagation of singularities along the time direction. From this decomposition, we can see that the flow has strong heat-like effect around the initial time, and strong wave-like effect at positive time. This talk is based on a joint work with Prof. Wang and Prof. Zuazua.

主讲人简介:

张与彪,天津大学副教授,2017年博士毕业于武汉大学。主要从事分布参数系统控制理论的研究工作,在国际权威杂志J. Eur. Math. Soc., J. Math. Pures Appl., SIAM J. Control Optim.等发表多篇论文。
