报告摘要：
Let A be a finitary hereditary abelian category. We define a Hall algebra for the root category of A by applying the derived Hall numbers of the bounded derived category D^b(A), which is proved to be isomorphic to the Drinfeld double Hall algebra of A. In the appendix, we also define the 1-periodic derived Hall algebra via the derived Hall numbers of D^b(A).

张海诚，南京师范大学副教授。研究领域是代数表示论，主要从事Hall代数，量子群，丛代数等相关问题的研究。主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。 在 Selecta Math.(N.S.), Int. Math. Res. Not. IMRN, Math. Z., J. Algebra等国际著名学术期刊上发表论文多篇。
