The Hardy space over the bidisc provides a concrete analytic model for multivariable operator theory. It is also a bridge that connects some of the classical techniques with the multivariable studies at present. The theory has seen its rapid growth in the past 30 years. This talk highlights some important techniques and results, as well as unsolved problems.

主讲人简介：
杨容伟，现为美国纽约州立大学奥尔巴尼分校数学统计系教授。1998年5月获得美国纽约州立大学石溪分校博士学位，师从泛函分析及算子理论方向国际著名学者Ronald G. Douglas教授。1998年9月至2001年7月在美国乔治亚大学从事博士后研究工作。杨容伟教授是多元算子理论研究方向国际知名专家，也是双圆盘Hardy空间上算子理论及Banach代数算子投影谱理论的开创者。其研究兴趣涵盖多变量算子理论、泛函分析、多变量复分析、算子代数、群论，代数几何、复几何、数学物理等多个领域，取得系列重要成果。详见：https://www.albany.edu/~ryang/。
