报告摘要:

Abstract: This series of lectures aims to introduce some basic notions of mathematical fluid dynamics. We begin by giving some background in continuum mechanics: Lagrangian and Eulerian description of the motion, the local form of the main balance equations, constitutive assumptions and Navier-Stokes equations for incompressible flows. We next introduce some of the fundamental function spaces in mathematical fluid mechanics, assuming that the audience is familiar with the basic Sobolev spaces and we discuss the stationary Stokes equations. The lectures will continue with an existence result for the basic boundary value problem for the stationary Navier-Stokes equations. The last part of this course will be devoted to the evolution Stokes and Navier-Stokes systems for Incompressible flows and will preceded by an introduction to semigroup theory.

主讲人简介:

Marius Tucsnak, chair professor at University of Bordeaux France. His main research interests are control of systems governed by partial differential equations (such as the parabolic, hyperbolic, Schrödinger or nonlinear plate equations) and the analysis and control of fluid-structure interactions. He published around 80 papers in internationally referred journals, including Archive for Rational Mechanics and Analysis, Journal of the European Mathematical Society, Transactions of the American Mathematical Society, Journal of Differential Equations, SIAM Journal on Control or Automatica. He has been currently corresponding editor for ESAIM COCV and associated editor for SIAM Journal on Control, MCSS, MCRF, JMFM. He is invited to be a 45 minutes speaker by 2022 International congress of mathematicians in Russian
