The Robinson-Schensted-Knuth correspondence is a useful tool for understanding the Kazhdan-Lusztig left, right and two-sided cells of the symmetric groups $S_n$. By a well-known result of Shi and Lusztig-Xi, $x\leq_{LR} y$ if and only if $\Shape(P(x))\unlhd \Shape(P(y))$, where ``$\unlhd$'' is the dominance partial order between standard tableaux. In this talk we shall report our recent work which gives a generalization of this result.

胡峻，北京理工大学数学与统计学院教授、博导，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，教育部新世纪人才支持计划入选者，德国洪堡学者。主要从事代数群、李代数、量子群、Hecke代数、KLR代数及Schur代数等的结构与表示的研究，在包括Adv. Math.、Proc. Lond. Math. Soc.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、Math. Ann.、J. Reine Angew. Math.等著名期刊发表高水平学术论文60余篇，并主持多项国家自然科学基金。
