Via the Olshankski-Sergeev duality between quantum queer superalgebras and Hecke-Clifford superalgebras, we introduce the queer q-Schur superalgebra and give a presentation as a quotient of the quantum queer superalgebra. On the other hand, the queer q-Schur superalgebra can also be identified with the endomorphism algebra of the induced module over Hecke-Clifford superalgebras from certain q-permutation modules over Hecke algebras. Then we also describe a basis for queer q-Schur superalgebras in terms of matrices. Moreover, we establish a family of multiplication formulas in queer q-Schur superalgebras, via which a realization of quantum queer superalgebras is obtained.

万金奎,北京理工大学数学与统计学院教授,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,北京市优秀人才培养资助计划入选者。主要从事李代数、量子群、Hecke代数及相关代数的表示论以及相应的代数组合理论的研究,在Adv. Math.、Proc. Lond. Math. Soc.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.等国际著名学术期刊上发表高水平学术论文十多篇,并主持多项国家自然科学基金。
