In this talk, we will report some recent progress of the study on chaotic behavior of hyperbolic dynamical systems, which mainly contains two parts: (1)Existence of periodic orbits and Smale horseshoes; (2) Ergodic optimization theory. This is based on the joint works with Wen Huang, Kening Lu, Xiao Ma, Leiye Xu, Lai-sang Young, and Yiwei Zhang.
苏喜锋，研究方向为动力系统、数学物理、及其在生物、经济、材料等交叉领域中的应用。2011年9月于南京大学数学系获理学博士学位（期间在德克萨斯奥斯汀分校联合培养两年）。2011年至2013年为中国科学院数学与系统科学院数学所（交叉中心）博士后。2014年2月至8月、2016年9月至2017年2月访问法国波尔多大学。
