K-homology and K-theory for pure braid groups

报告摘要：

Pure braid groups are subgroups of braid groups where each strand starts and ends at the same point. They have a structure of iterated crossed product. We explicitly compute the K-homology of the classifying space of these groups as well as K-theory of their group C^*-algebras, and find their correspondence under the Baum-Connes assembly map. This is joint work with Sara Azzali, Sarah Browne, Maria Paula Gomez-Aparicio and Lauren Ruth.

主讲人简介：

王航，2006年毕业于复旦大学，2011年在美国范德比尔特大学获博士学位，随后在清华大学丘成桐数学中心做博士后，在澳大利亚阿德莱德做讲师以及DECRA fellow。2017年入职华东师范大学，是国家级人才称号入选专家。在 Proc. Lond. Math. Soc., J. Noncommut. Geom., J. Differential Geom., Adv. Math.等杂志发表多篇文章。
