报告摘要：
We introduce Rota-Baxter operators on Lie groups so that the differentiation of a Rota-Baxter operator on a Lie group gives one on the corresponding Lie algebra. Factorizations theorems of Rota-Baxter Lie algebras and Rota-Baxter Lie groups are proved. From a geometrization consideration, the notions of Rota-Baxter Lie algebroids and groupoids are introduced, with the former a differentiation of the latter. Examples and applications are provided for these new notions. This is a joint work with Li Guo and Honglei Lang.

生云鹤，博士毕业于北京大学，研究方向为数学物理、Poisson几何、高阶李理论；现为吉林大学数学科学学学院教授、博士生导师；在Comm. Math. Phys、Int. Math. Res. Not.、J. Algebra等高水平杂志上发表50余篇论文；主持国家优秀青年基金、面上项目等多项国家自然科学基金委项目。
