This talk is concerned with the numerical simulation of 3D time-dependent inverse source problems of acoustic waves. The reconstructions of both multiple stationary point sources and a moving point source will be discussed. The proposed numerical schemes for solving these problems are based on the modified method of fundamental solutions (MMFS), which expands the solution utilizing the time convolution of Green’s function and the signal function. Moreover, for the reconstruction of a moving point source, the MMFS is simplified as a sampling method at each time step. A uniqueness result will be provided and numerical experiments will be conducted to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

主讲人简介:
郭玉坤,哈尔滨工业大学数学学院副教授, 2010年毕业于吉林大学数学研究所计算数学专业,获理学博士学位。研究领域为数学物理反问题,主要方向为波动方程反散射问题的数值分析与计算。已在“Inverse Problems”、“Journal of Differential Equations”和“Journal of Computational Physics”等期刊发表SCI检索学术论文二十余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金和数学天元基金项目各1项,参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目1项,面上项目3项。曾先后应邀访问美国特拉华大学,德国威尔斯特拉斯应用数学研究所,香港浸会大学和南方科技大学等单位,进行科研合作。
