In the present speech, we concentrate on  cohomology of Heisenberg Lie superalgebrqas. First we study  the associative superalgebra structures on the cohomology and divided cohomology spaces of Heisenberg Lie superalgebrqas with coefficients in the trivial module. Then we study the extensions of Lie superalgebras by Heisenberg Lie superalgebras.  We prove that the equivalent classes of those extensions are parameterized by means of representations and 2-cohomology classes of two extensions by two related Abelian Lie superalgebras.
