We present the recent results on the spectrum structures of the Vlasov-Poisson(Maxwell)-Boltzmann equations and justify the influences of the electrostatic potential force, Lorentz force, and/or the mutual interaction between charged particles pf differernt type. It is joint with Mingying Zhong and Tong Yang.

李海梁，首都师范大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师、副院长，国家杰出青年基金获得者。意大利、奥地利、日本数学博士后，第十一届霍英东基金会高校青年教师基金获得者。
