The classical definitions of envelopes are vague for singular plane curves. In order to define envelopes for singular curves, we introduce a one-parameter family of Legendre curves in the unit tangent bundle. Then we give a definition of envelope for one-parameter families of Legendre curves. In this talk, I will discuss properties and give examples of envelopes.
主讲人简介：
Masatomo Takahashi副教授是日本杰出的青年学者，曾获日本数学会2006年度建部贤弘奖（相当于全国百篇优秀博士论文， 每年只有12人可以获得此奖项）。目前已在J. Differential Equations, J. London Math. Soc., Proc. Roy. Soc. Edinburgh Sect. A等著名期刊杂志上发表论文20多篇。
