The eigenvalues of a Laplace-Beltrami operator is a function of random partitions. Assigning them with the uniform measure, the Plancherel measure and the restricted Palncherel measure, their average distribution appear to be the extreme value distribution, the Tracy-Widom distribution and the Gamma distribution, respectively. The results are applied to the Gauge theory.
