Kauffman bracket skein module theory was introduced independently by Przytycki and Turaev in late 1980’s. Since then, it had become one of the central subject to study in 3-manifold theory. In this talk, we define, for each Heegaard splitting of a 3-manifold M, a chain complex whose 0-th homology is exactly the Kauffman bracket skein module of M.

王骁博士毕业于乔治华盛顿大学，现就职于吉林大学数学学院。研究方向为低维拓扑，纽结理论。
