程志云，北京师范大学数学科学学院教授，仲英青年学者。主要研究兴趣为低维拓扑，尤其是纽结理论。主持国家自然科学基金4项，论文发表在《Mathematische Zeitschrift》，《Algebraic and Geometric Topology》，《Canadian Journal of Mathematics》，《Mathematical Proceedings of the Cambridge Philosophical Society》等杂志。
