报告摘要：
We proved that there exist exactly two or infinitely many simple Reeb orbits on any closed connected contact three-manifold with torsion first Chern class, and if there exist exactly two simple Reeb orbits on a contact three-manifold, then the manifold is diffeomorphic to a lens space and the two orbits are irrationally elliptic. In this talk, I’ll report the ideas of the proofs, give some applications and questions related to our results.

刘会，武汉大学数学与统计学院教授，博士生导师。主要从事辛动力系统、哈密顿系统和非线性分析等领域的研究，在闭轨道的多重性与稳定性等问题上取得了一系列进展，相关工作发表在J. Amer. Math. Soc.、Geom. Topol.、Adv. Math.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、J. Funct. Anal.等重要期刊上。
