Existence and multiplicity of positive solutions to nonlinear Schrodinger equations on a bridge type unbounded graph

In this talk we establish the existence of at least one positive solution to a nonlinear Schrödinger equation posed on an unbounded “bridge-type”metric graph ( a domain of multiple half-lines with two junctions connected by a line segment with arbitrary length) . Under some certain conditions, we further show that multiple positive solutions exist. Similar results also hold for the equation with bistable nonlinearity.

周家正,巴西利亚大学副教授,研究方向为非线性分析以及偏微分方程。目前已在包括J. Differential Equations, Nonlinearity, Discete Contin. Dyn. Syst.-A, J. Dynam. Differential Equations等国际著名期刊发表论文30余篇。曾访问澳大利亚新英格兰大学,美国杨百翰大学,威廉玛丽学院,主持多项巴西国家基金项目。
