The HRT conjecture, named after Heil, Ramanathan, and Topiwala, is a mathematical statement that a finite set of time-frequency shifts of a non-zero square-integrable function is always linearly independent. In this talk, we will restate this conjecture in the Fock space and introduce the recent progress on this conjecture.
