A linear operator $P$ on a Banach space is called norm one projection if $P^2=P$ and $\|P\|=1$. In this talk we present the characterzation of norm one projections on the Hardy spaces over the unit circle. This talk is based on a joint work with Prof. Kunyu Guo and Dr. Dilong Li.
